Is there such a app that use 3g on certain app?

I have been searching google for 30min in the afternoon + 30min just now= total 1 hour for an app. but i just couldnt find. i seriously need help from u guys.

I wan to find an app which only allow certain app(example:whatsapp) to use mobile internet,mean i dont want my other app(fb,etc) to use the mobile internet(3g).

Cause i am using Hotlink.And sign up for the 1 week 5mb plan(RM3). i need an app to set to only allow whatsapp to use the 3g. cause i believe there r some background app(example facebook,which cannot be close,even if it is close.it will auto on back) will use the 5mb

I left my phone idle from 5pm till 10pm.it use 300+kb(only send 15 msg in whatsapp + check my phone once a while).

Is there such app to only allow certain app to use the 3g only? hope there is.

There r 2 laptop which wan to connect to the router wirelessly.

how to focus fast moving object?

I just bought sony A580 few week ago.I'm still newbie in photography.I need help focusing on fast moving object(example : a guy jumping)..the leg or the hand always get blur.i dunno y

I did try change the autofocus mode to Countinuous AF but i still can't get to focus the guy jumping.....Do i need to off the steady shot?

I'm using the kit lens (3.5-5.6/18-55mm),and i'm shooting in burst mode,and is in indoor.

any sifu here can help me out? thx (:
