wifi authethication error occured

Hi... anyone know what is the problem on android samsung phone when the available wifi cannot be connected...

i using samsung galaxy s3...after upgrade into 4.3 version...i have this problem...

i found out that wifi with 5Ghz signal can be connect...only for 2.4Ghz signal wifi cannot be connect....it keep repeating authetication error occured....is this software problme or hardware problem????

anyone....HELP!
