PC won't boot (Updated)

First of all, I got blue screen and I restarted as normal. After few minutes, my monitor kinda like not working as it shows dark screen with the rig still running and I thought that'd be my graphics card so I decided to turn everything off and start cleaning up dust in the rig. The only tool that I've been used is bulu ayam. Everything went smoothly for the cleaning process. The moment power switch been turned on, the CPU cooler fan and chassis fan running as it should but no post beep sound. It just keeps running like that.
Any ideas guys?

Spy Hawk Stalks from the Skies

If you have a neighbor that is reasonably dubious or particularly attractive you want to keep a close eye on, a new gadget has surfaced that might be perfect for your far away stalking needs. The device is a remote control flying toy called the Spy Hawk that can send a live video stream back to the handheld remote control. It will be available in early August in the UK for £249.95.

The toy has a 3.5-inch LCD on the handheld remote and it receives the live video stream from up to 600 m away from the aircraft. The flying toy can stay aloft for 15 minutes on a single charge of the lithium-ion battery pack. Video can be recorded to 4 GB of internal flash storage.

The video resolution is five-megapixels and the aircraft has an autopilot mode so you can focus on the video feed rather than flying. I think I would probably just crash this the first time I had to land, the glider appears to have no landing gear.

Unable to connect my wireless devices

Modem: Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router TD-W8960N
Router:
Firewall used: Built-in Windows

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Few weeks ago
Problem frequency: Almost every time when I wants to connect my wireless devices.
Problem description: Whenever I want connect my wireless devices such as smart phone, laptop and/or handheld console, I HAVE to shut down my computer first in order to connect to my WIFI.
Is there any solution for this?

Any help would be appreciated.

First build recommendations

Hi Sifus, gurus and Pros out there, I need some advice regarding choosing the right components for my first build.

This build mainly use for music, movies, gaming and some video editing plus internet browsing. I might wanna try new thing such OC and others in the future.

Need some advice whether it's compatible or not and such. Just wanna make things right.

My budget is about RM4k so here's the specs that I might consider:

After some recommendations and suggestions, I made 2 options to with.

Option A (From my original build mix with some recommendations)

If I go with Option A, I'll get extremely good mobo, mid-range GPU and monitor.
If I go with Option B, I'll get higher mid-range GPU and monitor plus pretty good mobo.
