I already sold a house to a buyer n fully settle on dec 2012. paid booking and sell/buy process started may 2012. So delayed for 3 months. Interest 8% per annum. Until to date, the lawyer never give me the calculation how much buyer must pay me for the interest. Already called(phone) them since end of february. From hundreds of calls, on 3 times answered by person in charge. That 1 oso because i said i want to file a complaint. The rest calls, always answered by refeptionist n tell me that the person in charge not a her desk.

Last week, i send an email to bar council complaint department. They replied and i found out the process to difficult.

Need advice here, what should i do?? Can i take action against the buyer n lawyer as they not follow the agreement in the SAP??

hi sifus... i need some info.

i already sell my house in nilai impian. before this i need to pay to mbsb homeloan rm2000/month. and now selling/buying process still in progress... buyer already paid 10% to me. buyer loan approved. still waiting both bank payment relese or whatever...

last week, the buyer message me and told me that he want to move earlier coz he need to move from his current rent
ed house early. he want to rent my house until the process settle.

the question is:

1) how much should i charge for the rent? can i rent it as much as i pay mbsb coz i dun stay in that house anymore but i still need to pay to mbsb until the full disbursement?

2) should i take a deposit same like renting procedure such as 1+1 or 2+1?

3) is it ok if he want to pay the rent by weekly basis?

so confuse as i also need to look for house for rent coz i cannot buy a new house yet. hope the sifus can help me. tq so much

after signing the SPA, it will take 3+1 to settle everything. what the meaning of interest in final 1 month? is it buyer or seller have to pay or gain? or is it lawyer's interest money? are the full settlement/disbursement within this period or at the end of it?
