Job Responsibilities:[B]

• Incident management, including incident investigation, report independent findings result, provide corrective recommendations as well as periodical reports of incident statistics.
• Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of business controls.
• Report audit findings and to make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions and improvement in operations.
• Evaluate internal control risk management systems to ensure that effective internal control systems and risk control measures are in place.
• Determine whether organizational units in the company are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or control activities in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policy and procedures.
• Lead in execution of special projects, ad- hoc assignments and investigations as required.
