dilemma with job offer now..advice needed!

OK, so this is how it goes..

I had interview with company A on 13th Jan.. Interview was good and they asked me come back for final interview the following week..

Then company B called me also on 13th Jan for 14th Jan interview, so I went.. First interview passed, then 2nd interview on 15th Jan also passed and today they offered me a position to start on Feb 1 because they need ppl and they going to start their group training.. I havent accept the offer yet..

Then today Company A HR girl call me and say they forgot to inform me my interview was today and reschedule the final interview on 4th Feb!

Im in a dilemma now, Company A is the company that I have higher hopes of working for, and I was thinking I can compare offers made by 2 companies.. But now this happens..

What to do ? Should I

A. Tell Company B if I start after Feb 4th because I have an ongoing interview ?

B. Tell Company A 'sorry, Im going to work for company B'?

C. Fill in your own answer.. " I cant think properly right now..

machine vs hand detailing

i was thinking of buying a machine polisher either dual action / orbital to detail me pride and joy.. wuz thinking since its a dual action or orbital, i read that it is really idiot proof and doesn't really need any experience in using it..

few questions:

1) saw one black and decker dual action, but no speed control and it constantly spins at 4400 rpm with jigging / orbital motion.. is this machine good.. because i am hesitant to get it because it has no speed control.. anything else i gotta look out for in a machine polisher?

2) can hand polishing get the results that a machine polisher get ? or is hand polishing even better than machine polishing or vice versa ?

3) how to wash the pads after use? since if the pads got wax on it, soap or water cannot remove it from the cloth ? so how ?

any advice will be greatly appreciated

this just happened like 1 hr ago..

i was parking at the side of the road in my office there, then one car scrape thru my car, totalling of 4 cars he scrape thru.. i think its old nissan sunny.. i think he kena some heart attack / asthma then died...... RIP..

but now i wanna ask, how do i go about the claim process ? since i was parking at the side of the road which can be deemed illegal (alot of people working here park there), so i was wondering whether i can claim or not or is it better if i fix it up myself.. mostly cosmetic with one panel little slightly dented.. (i just detailed my car not long ago somemore )

later i go to lodge traffic police report and then after that kena saman for parking illegally even worse.. so any advice ? thanks.. heartbroken here to see my car kena liddat.. sighz..

this morning i see my car got paw marks and fur all over soemmore yesterday raining! that i dun mind so much la, but their paws scratch my glass and my paint!!! also i just clean + wax my car..

duno wth they doing on top oso.. i hope got no cat's love juice "

company makan EPF ?

ive been employed since feb 18th 2008, but yesterday i went check my EPF so surprised that only april and may EPF is paid! the funny thing is they never paid me for feb and march.. like skipped 2 months..

i wanna know if the company will get fined for paying so damn late or not and what is the fine ? does that mean we will get more money in our epf for the missing months that they never pay?

should i be worried ?

*means they have not paid me for feb, march, june, july, aug, sept "

enzer amp ? heard before ?

i bought a 2nd hand car that came with this Enzer Amp.. it says there 800 watts max power, but nothing about how much rms it gives out per channel.. its a 4/3/2 channel amp and i wanna find the value of it..

Misc info: got one logo 'Z12 - DO STRAIGHT'..... "

i think he setup into a JBL TM930 6x9 rear speakers whilst keeping stock front speakers but unsure whether he used this amp to power up the front speakers as well ??

i was thinking of changing to component speakers and adding a sub.. thats why see whether this amp still can be used in my setup, maybe power my *sub, at least save me $$ if can be used..

is this some cap ayam brand ? haha.. can i find out how much RMS it gives out per channel by doing some testing testing? lol..

for budget of around 60k ?

specs of it are:

have sporty look (the sportier the better), average fuel economy, comfortable drive for driver and 1 passenger and most importantly low maintenance if it is a second hand car.. im guessing high mileage = high maintenance..

me myself prefer hatchbacks.. and my dream car is smart roadster

i heard that crime rates in johor quite high especially to singaporean cars that go there and im going to get a new car but im from KL.. so u guys think i should get a:-

johor number plate, kl number plate or it doesnt matter if i move to jb ? and moving to jb is not optional

small company vs big companies

ok.. lets say i got 2 offers..

im a fresh grad :

company A :
growing science company that has few branches throughout Malaysia.
Pay is RM2600 possibility to earn commision
the branch that im interested in is located in johor and have to relocate
branch size about 10 ppl
manager is very experienced and i think can learn alot from her
role: marketing exec / part time sales - more concentrated at marketing side though and sell only when i got time

company B :
Big pharma MNC company top 10 in the world (not so sure its standing in msia)
Pay not so sure yet.. but doubt whether can be as good as company A
No relocation
Role: Sales person / product specialist - pure sales.. nothing more..

which would u guys take? wish i knew the $$ for company B so can compare easier tho.. :/

singapore career fair companies listing

im interested in going down to the career fair this friday from my singapore fren, but i just found out about it yesterday i went on to the site and they are closed for the pre-registration..

i also want to find out what companies are attending >.< maybe need to make last minute preparations and research about the companies.. any website or anybody got a list of who is attending or not?

hey, right now i got 2 products in mind, 1 is the Garmin nuvi 200, and the other is RCG Airis T930.. I dunno how reliable the RCG is ler, because i tried to google it, cant even find the specs for it.. if anybody using RCG Airis can you please give your review for it ?

Both products are almost same price, but RCG comes with malsingmap (free) and mapking which the salesperson say RM200 for one year subscription (dunno how true is that ler).. but garmin only come with malsingmaps.....

garmin got brand and known reliability, RCG seems like got free 2G SD card and 2 maps.. so which would it be if you guys going to choose? and is there anymore options out there ?

traffic message channel (GPS) in malaysia

is this service available in malaysia ? coz im thinking of getting a stand alone GPS and seems like the only big big difference between the 'cheaper' version of the GPS and the more expensive one is the TMC support.. so i was thinking there was no point for me to get a more expensive GPS if malaysia dont support TMC..

no bluetooth PDA GPS question

i have a Dell Axim X3 and i really want to pair it up with the bluetooth GPS receivers.. but it has no internal bluetooth capabilities..... :/

should i dream on or is there a way ?

i was thinking since i have only one SDIO slot, if i install a bluetooth CF card, then i dont have space to put maps inside..

another way i was thinking if pairing this dell with a bluetooth usb dongle, so the SDIO slot will be free.. but i dunno whether possible or not.....
