when i using xp sp3 for media player classic

hi all sifu,
wan to ask when using xp sp3, media player classic , the movies play much clearly and sound nicely but using win7 64bit the media player classic play movie not clear and sound not good.
Is there any setting i forgot to use? or can point me to the right direction.

hi, i using win7 64 bit for
e8200, abit ip35-e, 2 gb ram, 450 gts, silverstone 500w strider, lg dvd,
the computer start rebooting itself after i install some windows security update. wan to know is it the update problem. or some other problem.
