Need help on watts

Guys, i have two subwoofer as below.

Size : 18"
ohm : 8
Program Watt : 400
Peak Watt : 1600

1. ok, i have two of those, i will wired those two in parallel that makes it configured at 4 ohm load.
but since it is parallel, how many watt max is allow to feed them?
800w or 3200w or 400w?

2. my 2nd question,
i have an amp that give out 2800w bridge at 4ohm.. does it safe to run those two sub?

3. 3rd question,
my amp says,
2x1100w at 4ohm.
if i wired those sub at only one channel and left one channel empty.. will it damage the amp?
at this configuration, each sub will receive 550w.. am i right?

hi guys, anybody using 7300gt ddr2? how far it can be oc...?
share ya. peace any brand will do...

mine is 7158 in default 3dmark03.
oc to 535/762 = 8756 3dmark03

at stock = 2883 3dmark05
oc to 535/762 = 3618 3dmark05

at stock = 17669 3dmark01
