double NAT - public IP / ddns / vpn / port forward

Hi Sifus,

Any idea on how to go around a problem I have?
I am looking at at 4G modem + asus router. My initial idea was to get internet via 4G, then use the asus router for ddns + vpn for local discovery and connection of devices from outside internet.

but now I stuck with double NAT as it appears all telco giving private IP 10.x.x.x / 100.x.x.x . with private IP, ddns doesnt work. and vpn doesnt with without ddns.
I tried no-ip DUC software to get the ddns to update to the internet IP over the telco. but knowing the internet IP (at the time was 115.x.x.x) does not help as even if the ddns is correct, vpn still wont connect and any ping to the ddns is fail because there is no true direct connection nor ping response if you ping the ip (115.x.x.x). So im assuming I am sharing the internet ip with multiple other users from the same telco?

I was also considering unifiAir but a quick scout around the forum told me it also uses private IP. sigh...
then there was a post in another topic in this same forum about using zeroTier? but that would require computer to computer right? not computer to device? as you need to install the program and join the network on zeroTier... but how to install the program on a device

=======================
my options so far that I can see
1) mid range asus router got VPN Client function.. I can use the router that is behind the double NAT to vpn itself to another router B which has a direct public IP. Then i remote into/use the router B (which has lan discovery of the double NAT devices connected via VPN) to access the devices behind the double NAT?
** theory only; dont bash me if this doesnt make logical sense as i have yet to test this out

2) get a really low-end pc/server that can tahan 24/7 continuous operation. Connect the PC to the double-NAT network system. Then remote in via (zeroTier? still new to this so i not sure how this works) or AnyDesk / Teamviewer and use the remote PC to access the local devices instead?
but cost and operational wise this is very sloppy and slightly not practical even if it is feasible and possible usable workaround?

=======================

any other possible better solutions to get around double NAT situation I have here?
moderate knowledge about networking here... not expert hence i need the help

----------------
edit 1

want :
computer -> internet -> 4G+router -> device (local ip + selected port) e.g. cctv on 192.168.0.9 with port 12345

configured port forwarding 12345 on asus router...but now ddns blocked by double NAT by telco...
