Windscreen crack seriously

Well.. i want to ask opinion from forumer.

I tinted my car 2 months ago... during the installation progress, the technician accidentally spoilt the windscreen of my car, FYI my car is waja... he accidentally tear off the holder of the back mirror which sticked to the windscreen, tat caused a part of the windscreen off, then after tat he used a kind of strong glue to stick it back... all the while was fine until this few days, i can notice a crack near the area... and the crack become more serious until 1 line straight..... which look so scary...

so i think wat should i do now is go back to the tint shop and discuss with them bout the matter? coz is their fault at 1st who careless in installation....

so will they deny it o wat?? i need some help and comment from pros plz.. thanks....
