            <description>Dear lyf gurus... first time looking into commercial unit, any comment regards this shoplot (The Link Bukit Jalil)? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~~~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personally, I see full of potential:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.	LRT is on the progress, which is walking distance to THE LINK&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.	Confirm development which will complete within this few years (have at least 2k-2.5K unit upon completion):&lt;br /&gt;        -       Covillea&lt;br /&gt;        -	The Tree&lt;br /&gt;        -	Z Residence &lt;br /&gt;        -	Kiara Residence&lt;br /&gt;        -	KM1&lt;br /&gt;        * Not to mention the landed development.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.	Proposed development &lt;br /&gt;        -	Lai Meng School&lt;br /&gt;        -	Jalil City&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any more feedback that we can share regards THE LINK?&lt;br /&gt;Btw any special advice into investing commercial lot?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</description>

            <title>Remove tiles stain</title>

            <description>Hi all… any ideas to remove the stain in the tiles?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just completed my house renovation, but some of stain look permanent, my contractor have even tried to use acid but still could not completely remove the stain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can’t tell what is the cause of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
