Dear lyf gurus... first time looking into commercial unit, any comment regards this shoplot (The Link Bukit Jalil)?

Personally, I see full of potential:-

1. LRT is on the progress, which is walking distance to THE LINK

2. Confirm development which will complete within this few years (have at least 2k-2.5K unit upon completion):
- Covillea
- The Tree
- Z Residence
- Kiara Residence
- KM1
* Not to mention the landed development.

3. Proposed development
- Lai Meng School
- Jalil City

Any more feedback that we can share regards THE LINK?
Btw any special advice into investing commercial lot?

Jalan Kewajipan traffic's nightmare will end?

Lets discuss will this end the traffic congestion and boost property in SJ area?

ABOUT RM70mil will be spent to alleviate the traffic congestion at the Kewajipan Inter-change in Subang Jaya, Works Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor said.

Remove tiles stain

Hi all… any ideas to remove the stain in the tiles?

I just completed my house renovation, but some of stain look permanent, my contractor have even tried to use acid but still could not completely remove the stain.

I can’t tell what is the cause of it.
