To be opened but the price is higher, no firm info on how high yet, approximately 80k higher?

From my observations, it's suitable for investment as colleges and university within walking distance so it's an accommodation for students.
Monorail is there, can conveniently ride to the next station and walk to several banks HQs, so it's also an accommodation for working adults.

The analysis above are based on market prices, and a safe minimum estimation, not over exaggerating the figures. As posted on August 2022 by G.Zizan on Iproperty, "Generally, a rental yield of around 4-5% is generally accepted as a decent amount".
