Angel/Demon Eye Projector Review For Pro2 Myvi!

The following post is from one of my friend's myvi.

Hi guys, my buddy brought me to EA Autoworks the other day,
saying they have this Retrofit projector headlamps for a variety of cars, even a humble myvi.
This Projector+Angel eyes+Demon eyes also comes with 4300k HIDs as well.

Anyway, I got it installed and here is a quick feedback on it.
1) Brightness - The most important element. Let's just say it is bright enough without blinding people and
attracting too much attention from cops. In fact, Howie took the decency to adjust the beams low enough for safe driving instead of "aiming for the stars", so to speak. Then there is the downside of HIDs which aren't that well lit when it
starts raining. It gets SLIGHTLY harder to see in the rain eventhough the HIDs are
4300k(the colour temperature from OEM HIDs) as is the norm with all HIDs.
As you all know, angel eyes is the white ring surrounding the projector,
whereas, demon eyes is the inner glow as seen in the pictures.
2) Workmanship - It is very good, in order to install the projectors, they need to open up the headlamps. I was really worried
about water seeping in but after having it done to close to a month, Everything is smooth sailing Oh, and the lights
didn't get shakey or anything when cruising in pothole-heaven, Kuala Lumpur.
3) Was it worth the trouble - I'd say very much so, as you guys can see from the pictures, the cut-off lines for the
low and hi beam is obvious.
4) My thoughts of Howie - He seems trustworthy and doesn't bullshit around with salesman talk. He tells you straight
like it is, take it or leave it. And also, let the trophies speak for themselves if all else fails.
Well thats my little review of these very nice projectors. Below is pictures of a Honda City fitted with them. Will update as soon as I take some pics for the myvi. I will also post the beam from the myvi. At the moment, I hope the pics from my Honda City will suffice...

P/S To Howie : Sean asked me to post because he don't have a lyn account and he don't want to make 1. I asked him those 4 simple questions and I elaborated it

Best regards...

[attachmentid=2516210]
This is before the conversion.

[attachmentid=2516215]
This is after the conversion.

Hello bros, here are the pictures I promised of the Myvi. No, unfortunately the Myvi did not transform into a Honda City. Yes, it was my initial goal to mislead EVERYONE! Sorry for the inconvenience caused

[attachmentid=2520766]
Red inner glow

[attachmentid=2520767]
Very obvious cutoff lines [Low beam]

[attachmentid=2520771]
Surrounding view of the low beam

[attachmentid=2520773]
Very obvious cutoff lines [High beam]

[attachmentid=2520775]
Surrounding view of high beam

Honda City '08 SoundProofing with STP Gold

Hi guys, this is my first post at lyn so if tersalah cakap, please shoot puas-puas ya And I also dunno if this is the appropriate place to post this. I just had to share my excitement with everyone before it goes away. Anyway, I just installed some sound dampening mats (STP Gold bulk of 10s) & sound absorber(the cotton OEM Honda kind; forgot what it's called hehe) for my car floor at EA Autoworks today. The job took 5 hours and I've attached some pictures below.

So far, while driving home, I've already noticed a significant drop in road noise (Howie said "give it a few days for the silence to seep in") and I can converse more easily with a passenger at my side thanks to that cotton OEM mat. The people at EA Autoworks are a friendly bunch and will gladly answer any sort of questions thrown at them. I was also worried that these mats will be heavy but Howie reassured me saying that he has +-100kgs of sound proofing mats on his ride in exchange for peace of driving. Well as the saying goes, silence is golden.

[attachmentid=2144871]
As you can see, its quite bare to start with.

[attachmentid=2144872]
The poison.

[attachmentid=2144874]
Almost there. At this point Howie was joking that he undercharged me for this trouble. Aiya no sweat la bro, you pro ma

[attachmentid=2144876]
The back seat with STP Gold installed

[attachmentid=2144879]
Yet another poison.

[attachmentid=2144880]
Honda OEM sound absorber cottons installed over STP Gold.

[attachmentid=2144881]
Rear seat.

[attachmentid=2144882]
Driver view
