12v trigger to power on subwoofer

My sub do not have auto standby mode. My amp has 12V output trigger. I’m looking to power on the sub when I switch on the amp and power it off when I turn the amp to standby.
Can I get something like this work?

I saw ready made like this but it is very expensive.

Sweeping hand silent wall clock repair

Looking for wall clock repair in Subang Jaya or KV, any recommendation?
I have an old wall clock that has silent sweeping second hand. Recently it requires a new battery almost every month. When the battery level goes down, the second hand sweep slower and started losing time. I know it need more power but last time I don’t need to change battery so often. It was a gift so wanted to get it repair.

Hi, I need help on SATA port expansion.

Current system is Intel I5 760 with Asus P7H55 Motherboard.

I am running out of SATA port and looking for an expansion card to do so. I don't need expansion card with hardware RAID features as I am running FlexRAID. I have also ruled out NAS as the price is still expensive. I googled that Supermicro 8-Port SAS/SATA Card (AOC-SASLP-MV8) is the cheapest one that can support up to 8 port which is perfect for my requirements. However, I just realized that my Asus mobo only have 3 PCI-E x1 port. One of the PCI-E x1 port is blocked by graphic card. The Supermicro SATA card requires a PCI-E x4 port to run. I googled that SATA card that can run on PCI-e 1x port only support 2 SATA ports.

One option I can think of is get an internal 5x1 SATA Port Multiplier. I understand that this will slow down the HDD as all is sharing a single SATA bus. Is the chipset on Asus P7H55 support SATA port multiplier?

I also have a look at Gigabye GA-P55A-UD3 motherboard. This board seems to have an additional PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4). This will fit the Supermicro 8-port SATA card. The board itself also have 8 SATA port which is 2 more than my current Asus board. I have the July price list from Lowyat this mobo is selling at RM299.

I am looking at the cheapest way to have additional 6-8 SATA port on my system without having to affect the performance as much as possible. Appreciate your comment. Thanks.
