How can I fix speaker buzz?

I have a pair of cheap 2.0 bookshelf speaker. Since the first day until now, it keeps producing constant buzz when I increase the volume. Plus, the buzz sound sometimes there and somtimes not. I have tried to check what was the problem, unplugged other device power cable (monitor, PC), try other input device (phone, PC), power on only the only the speaker without connecting to other devices, but the buzz was still there.

So, my question is, how can I fix this problem?
Would a ground loop isolator fix it? Or buy an AVR?
