Hi,

I noted a lot of Malaysians are now working in overall Australia. Since there aren’t any thread that discusses this topic why don’t you guys working in Australia currently share some of your precious experiences here?

Main concern is in the Accounting/Finance/Banking areas as claimed of shortages in those professionals. Eg. audit, accountant, accounts exec., financial analyst, banker, small medium company accounts assistant?

What fields are you working?
Permanent Residency / Working Visa?
What are the pros/cons?
Salary range taking into consideration before/after tax implication?
Work life balance – no more working late compared to Malaysia?
Are you basically happier?
Home sick?
Food?
Politics and local bullying?
Culture aspect?
Career prospects?
Able to save money?
Future plans – Eg. just for the experience save sufficient money to buy house back in Malaysia or like it, stay for good better for children education? Basically stay or leave.

The problem occurs because I am looking for a 15.4" screen but the Satellite above is ony available in pearl white colour. I don't favour white colour. Then I move on and someone recommended a new Presario with similiar spec and is black but is only available in 14.1". My budget is below 4k and wanted C2D.

Cannot decide help!!!!
