Iroha was last seen leaving her home in Osaka's Sumiyoshi Ward by her mother after having breakfast at around 7:30 a.m. last Sunday. She then exchanged text messages with a friend at 10:30 a.m. That was the last communication anyone had with her.

Her mother took a nap after breakfast and awoke at around 11 a.m. When her daughter failed to return home in the afternoon, she tried calling her phone but it was apparently turned off. After contacting her daughter’s friends, she notified police Sunday night that Iroha was missing.

Iroha told police she met Ito online on Nov 10 and that on the day she disappeared, agreed to meet him in a park near her home. Ito then took her by train to Oyama. Kyodo News reported Sunday that Iroha told police Ito he sent her a message asking her to come to his house in Oyama. He also told her that he was with another girl who had been in his house for about six months and that he wanted Iroha to be "a conversation partner" for her, Kyodo reported.

Possible to negotiate double pay rise?

Currently I am working on a very bad management company, stressful client environment, nobody has the overall ideal how the IT system works due to too heavy turnover rate in the company (past 2 predecessor all leave the job within 1 year, ex predecessor leave without notice period) and basically no transition of how the predecessor handling the issue, one man do all job by reverse engineering since nobody know how to fix the problem. And I have heard the hiring manager is having trouble to get more resource to join our team.

My position now is consultant and I am planning to request pay rise of double my current pay, maybe get position to senior consultant. Since I have heard from the client head that they are requesting our company to fix the problem of high turnover of the supporting staff.

I am wondering whether on this terrible situation it would be a good chance for me to ask for double pay rise, or should I better go get another offer from other company before I ask the current company for the pay rise? Double pay rises it seems it will hit the ceiling of that job scope.
And i suppose it would be a win win situation, since by having my resignation now no other people going replace my job scope so soon and client company may ask for more compensation due to not able to resolve incident before breached?

Please share your experience how much pay rise you have asked for, really it seems impossible to get double pay rise but feel like to have a try on this chance.

Anyone use dutasteride medicine before?
Today I visited the dermatology clinic for hair loss treatment, initially i want the propecia medicine but the doctor recommend me on the latest version of hair loss medicine so i just take it.
1 month medicine for bloody RM500 but if really effective i really dont mind
Google on the net saw a lot review said not really recommend on this medicine since the side effect will be too strong for long term even you stop taking the medicine
