CPU processor over threshold

Hi i'm new here and i would like to ask about my CPU processor that always over threshold whenever i play an online game. The Game is Cabal Online. I encountered this problem since past 2 months. Last nite i put my character on AFK and this morning i see the display card software indicate the graphic card is over heated. My processor has been running very fast and over threshold and i hope someone can help me with this. Is it the processor has problem or it could be other reason. I'm really confuse and hope to solve it asap.
