When I requested the refund, first they say the cheque will be sent out but it&#39;ll took 3 months. Follow up after 3 months and now they say they&#39;ll do Telegraphic Transfer but they requested a whole bunch of documents to trace back to your ancestors FFS&#33; My scanned IC not enough? You can&#39;t verify my name with your payment system? The F you want the birth certificate for? And then I&#39;ll have to fill up a form WITH a witness from TM personnel, WTF?<br /><br />Anyone have experience with this?
