Cpu won't boot

So I have recently bought a troll desktop. The main issue is that it won't boot up at home, and when I bring it to the shop, it miraclely boots up. And the technician told me that if it boots up, it is fine.

So after that, without any changes, I bring the cpu back home and it boots up. After a day of usage, when I try to boot up the cpu the next day, it doesn't work. So the cycle repeats itself, with me going to and from the shop thrice. I have already managed to convinced them to change the psu and cable but the problem still exist. The technician say it maybe caused by my house circuit/electricity problem. I am staying at a landed house so I am really doubtful of that comment.

Please help.... I tried to boot the cpu at my neighbour's house but it doesnt work. Don't feel like going the shop anymore since they cant solve the problem.

P/s: the technician told me that when i connect the cable to the cpu, if there is a spark-like sound, it means there is a current flow. Even if there is the sound, I still cant start my computer.

Update:
31/10/16: Got back my computer from another shop, as I sent it for checking (took me around 1 week). They told me is motherboard problem. So i quickly bring it for warranty at the shop where I bought my computer.

5/11/16: got back my computer, they replaced with new motherboard.

7/11/16: Till now my computer works fine

Childhood PC Games

Trying to find out some childhood PC games, have been googling whole day, browsing through tons of images, yet couldn't get the name of the game.

Game 1: (found, dynamite joe)
A 2D game, whereby you are controlling a prisoner. I wasn't sure whats the mission of the game but you can kill the blue policeman chasing you by throwing dynamites which can bounce, or letting huge rocks fall down from above. You can dig through dirt (i guess cause it is brown in colour), to create pathways (for the policeman to follow so that you can let the rock falls from above or throw dynamite which will move along the pathway to kill them). Sorry for the lack of information but that's all I can remember.

Game 2: (found, 3d ultra minigolf)
This is a multiplayer game, whereby you can choose different colours of balls. It feels more like pool than golf, as the ball can only travel straight, but it is an outdoor game (not on pool table).
I remember the first level is you have to hit through a hole, get through a windmill then reach the backyard, to get into the golf hole. At the backyard, there are muds which slows you down? Man cant remember that much.

There are also alot of outrageous obstacles throughout the game, like fans (you can use the ball to switch on the fan to disturb others/help yourself. crocodiles (forgot what it does).

Will continue googling when i get the time, meanwhile hope k could help me with it too!
