When to get the loan agreement document?

Would like to check usually how long to complete the loan agreement document process. Currently, bank has already disbursed the loan to developer. I also collected the key from developer, just that I yet to collect my loan agreement contract. I do approached my solicitor as she said that the title still at land office, so wait. But it is about 1 month already, has anyone got the same experienced as me?

Wireless network no response to ping

I got two computer A and B, both were connected to the same wireless network. My problem now is they can't ping each other any idea? I am using streamyx when I login to my router gateway page 192.168.1.1 I can see other pc and mobile connected to the WAN but my own PC can't ping other and vice versa. I downloaded Wireless Network Watches, only my PC and router listed.

Is it because of this, I can't browse my site hosted in wamp server via another pc or mobile (connected to same WAN)?

I am using Prolink PSH300 HSUPA GSM Modem connect to my laptop and using tera term to test the connect.

First I entered AT it will response me OK

AT
OK

AT+CMGF=1
OK

AT+CMGS="+6581XXXXXX" (then I pressed enter error was returned)
ERROR

Sometime it won't return me error but just hang there no > return.

Could anybody advise me what to do?
