Any contacts or shops/outlets who can do a custom silver ring? Nothing fancy but need to change a setting ring from brass to silver.

Windscreen protection films - exterior

Anybody have done or selling windscreen protection films? Those installed on exterior of car..

Am driving NKVE everyday and already kena change windscreen 4 times, 3 different cars..
Getting worse and worse condition. 3 times kena at NKVE, 1 time at USJ ELITE.

Waiver for Housing Loan penalty

hi folks,

i've seen this topic put up b4 but no solution.

i'm currently settling my housing loan left only 1 year (out of 5 lock-in years) bcoz i'm selling my unit.

i will take up a new loan with the same bank but they offer me only 20% reduction which is crazy. even before nego, i have seen 50% reduction.

my penalty also abnormally high because they charge 3% on outstanding PLUS a fixed amount of rm8k. normal practice is only 3%.
i took the loan in 2007

i heard from a property agent that it is possible to write a letter to bank negara and complain about the penalty and hopefully the bank will reduce the penalty. he said it's quite common and he has done b4.

any ideas about this and how to make it happen?
