Ringtones via bluetooth

SE user here, trying to figure out how things work on a Nokia.

When I transfer ringtones via bluetooth, the files end up in the SMS Inbox instead of the Tones folder on my memory card. How do I move these files to the Tones folder?

I know I can avoid this issue by choosing the USB route but sometimes bluetooth is faster for just 1 or 2 files. Hope someone can help me.

USDollar: UP or DOWN?

This may be a dumb question but please bear with me as I am clueless when it comes to matters of finance: Will the US dollar most likely keep on depreciating within the next 5 months?

Backstory: Just found out that I can't open up a FCA with foreign currency (told you I'm clueless). I've got to convert it to MYR first and then back again into USD. Current exchange rates being what they are, I stand to lose a bit (OK pocket change for you big players out there but every ringgit makes a difference to me). One option is to have the money TT'd in from offshore but that's not practical in my case (long story). So I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. Should I bite the bullet and convert to MYR now or wait it out a few more months (my USD draft is valid for another 5 months) hoping the US Dollar will appreciate?

Any advice, suggestion or recommendation is appreciated.
