i've read somewhere that the laptop can support 8gb ram,i suppose it should have 4 slot ram like 5745g but i'm surprise it isn't.it only have 2 slot(2x2gb) and i have my doubt whether i can still upgrade it to 8gb by buying 2x4gb ram??anyone know what is the price for a 4gb ddr3 ram?i've been to going to lot of shop and they said they dont have 4gb ram in stock and they will never stock it,they said its too expensive and they wait for high performance release.
please i really need help in this,i dont need any answer that telling me 4gb is enough,i want more ram for my autocad x64 software,thats all,and for gaming as well,hee.i know most game is based on 32 bit,but there's a patch out there that allow the application to address ram higher than 2gb

I used Streamyx 1.5MBit/s i think since all my download speed is more than 1MBit/s package.
Here's the problem,previously i got my old dekstop(XP) connected to the modem through LAN cable,then i replaced that old one with another gaming dekstop(vista) since the old one is rosak(dont even bother to repair cause it's not worthy,old spec).
Now i can't connect to the internet using my new dekstop through LAN cable,my modem is set to auto connect upon turning it on(i guess it is called PPPoE).I think i need to setting my LAN connection but i dont know how.I even tried to connect the modem with my laptop through LAN cable but "computer says no".but if i connect through wifi it works just fine.i'm pretty sure than the cable is not malfunction cause i can transfer stuffs from my laptop to that dekstop using that cable.
please help,thanks in advance.btw,i'm not planning to invest to buy wifi adapter for that dekstop.
