Need advice!

Hi,

I am 30++ married and i have a 3 years old kid. My family income was not high and currently with recently bought house I am barely supporting the family. Luckily my wife is working so we still managed.

The problem now is my parent. They earn roughly 10k a month and they always ask me for money. Like every 2 weeks ask around RM100 up to RM5000. Every month I already gave them RM500. I dont have extra income but they know i have a friend that close to me currently earning 6 figures. They keep asking me to borrow from that money.

To this stage i did not gave money to them. Even if i gave it would be 50% or more lower than the amount they ask.

I have 1 older brother that currently sucking my mom money where he is married with 3 kids. and younger brother who live on his own life.

I even help my parent to do budget to see where their money went but they did not want to do it and tell me dont teach them how to use money.

The money they use are to go to holidays and buying stuff for my brother.

What I have done..

- Show my monthly budget to them which showing to them i dont even have extra money except savings which is very low
- Show my stupid loan that I did for them but still nothing
- Not even giving my money and end they 'merajuk' with me.

Do let me know what still can be done for this.

extra note: they are on 60's and current only 100k balance on their EPF savings.

Hi,

Friend of mine currently working in taiwan as IT + Admin in one of the Apple contractor. He decided to work back in Malaysia.

My question

1) Does company in Malaysia consider outside malaysia working experience?
2) Can he demand salary?

I currently live in selayang and working in ampang.

On feb or mac, i will be moving to ampang.

Currently drive a car from selayang to ampang

fuel around 300-400/month, car also still on loan.

Is it better for me to get a cash motocycle to go to work? or keep using the car?

distance from new home to work around 7km return.

Hi All Sifus,

I have done my full settlement to all my bank yesterday. Also, I already request for the release letter. According to them, they will remove my name or detail at Bank Negara. My CIMB debt use to be credit card and turn into bad debt. Is that going to reflect on my bank negara?

Last but not least. How long should i wait to do another finance such as houses, car?
