Calling bomba on someone open burning

This has been happening a few times every week:

Neighbouring group of dwellers will burn what I assume are garden wastes. I am not sure who owns the compound they are in as it is quite a big piece of land and there are a few construction lorries permanently parked.

Sometimes the fires they set will produce thick smokes, therefore I ask if this would give grounds for engaging the local fire department? Unfortunately, i have no confidence in the Environment Department's enforcement.

If you have experienced something similar in the past, how was it dealt with?

Increasing appearance of online gambling ads

A few days ago on Facebook I was suddenly targeted by these online gambling ads, though I might have googled to read up on "gambling addiction" on a seperate occassion

Is anyone else being targeted? It seems to be increasingly common with ads by different pages reappearing a few days after I hid and reported several times, and even changed the ad preferences.

What else can be done enforcement wise?

Heck, they had the audacity to stick their ads inside the toilet cubicles in one of the Sunway malls, can you believe that?

Stolen Ipad

Hey guys, my mom's ipad was stolen yesterday on mothers day. The ipad is still under a 24 month plan by Maxis,what should i do?
Would she have to pay the termination fees if she cancels the plan?

I've only changed her facebook password.
I'm extending this question to those who were in a similar situation, what can be done to block off as many access/functions of the stolen ipad?

Transferring $ to an overseas account

Hey,I'd like to know what;s the best option to transfer money online from a local maybank account to an overseas account say Commonwealth bank in Australia?
I'm in the middle of fiddling with two of my paypal accounts,one registered in Malaysia and one in Australia but its just so complicated. Take note that my local number has probably been reincarnated so MSOS codes wont do any good..

Hey guys, I was selected for the 2013 1st Batch of PLKN but i deferred it back then as i went in to college in January.
Fast forward, i am about to graduate from college soon by the end of this year and i was wondering if there is any way to not get called ever again besides getting a letter from the doctor? Don';t get me wrong i just think 3 months could be better spent doing something else.
Also, do i get to choose the batch and camp location should i decide to re-enter PLKN? Do i have to contact them?

Hi folks,just wondering if a 1 year student exchange program in Australia by Monash University would be counted in the PR points list under the "recognition of Australian study"?I am aware that in order to obtain 5 points i'd have to have at least 2 years fulltime study in AU.The remaining 1 year would come from my flight training in Australia.is it counted?

So the story goes like this,
I was transferred to a new school and had a crush on L for a few weeks until i found out about her bad personality.Before that,I went to Z for help.Z added me on facebook first and the first thing she asked was"do you have a gf?".I liked L that time so i replied yes and all my reply to her was pretty short showing my apathy.After weeks,i got over L and Z asked L for my phone number.we started texting mostly about L and how much i like her.(BIG MISTAKE)and slowly i fell into her charms.She's really fun to talk to and stuff and her replies show that she has some interest.But the down side is that she get's angry or sad pretty easily,,And just after the night i told her i got over L,i asked her if she would want to get together.Her reply was"so fast want ah?what happen to L?I'm just getting to know you.so i'm not quite sure ye.i wanna take it slow instead of this fast.nono i don't want a relationship yet.not so fast.i don't know much about you yet.why do you like me anyway?within one night you can like me already?are you sure?when the right time comes,you ask me and i'll answer you."after a week,i didn't text her for a whole day till night..and slowly her replies were short and i keep asking her if shes mad..but she wouldnt say..shes ignoring my calls,my msgs,my IMs.

Problem details

Problem description: Everytime i download "stuffs" the speed goes around 30-60Kbps.That's the usual,sometimes it'll go up to 100 depending on the server,is that speed normal??
Last night i was downloading some stuffs and the initial speed was around 800Kbps before it dropped down to 40-60kbps within seconds,this happens like all the time.What's the problem guys?It looks like every time the speed is FIXED or something.Thanks.
