Part time Diploma for working adult

Hi, I've searched for part time diploma tags but I can't locate any relevant threads to my question, so here goes:

I'm a working adult in PJ, currently looking to find a college that is offering part time Diploma in Business administration or Public relations.

Any advice/experience as to which college to enroll in? I have totally no idea..?

Is KTAR Setapak a good place to start?
