user senghuat_tv promised to buy the guitar yesterday but canceled today last minute for another offer.

on yesterday December 14,
you agreed to purchase this guitar from me,
and i have clearly stated that postage will cost approximately RM30,
with that in mind, you agreed to the deal.

but now you rejected because you got a better offer.
you rejected after i have taken the pain to move the guitar to office and settle with our courier company,
not only that, you defended yourself by saying that WHAT IF the postage cost you RM100,
then you have the right to reject my item?

that is the LAMEST thing i have ever heard.
as per our SMS conversation, i have already stated that for courier,
3kg will be approximately RM30,
a guitar is more or less that weight,
and you said you have the right to cancel the deal IF the shipping is not to your liking?

so tell me,
do you have the RIGHT to cancel the deal out of the blue moon,
when we have already agreed to the deal?
it is because you agreed to purchase,
that's why i proceeded to arrange for courier pick up.
we're talking about mutual trust in online deals,
should everything be in black and white, you are to be held liable for your last minute pull-out.

do you know i am putting myself at risk when i called for courier without you paying beforehand?
i am banking on mutual trust in this offer,
but you failed to give me that little shred of trust and cost me so much trouble.

apologise in the thread, and i want a written statement posted here,
in the event that i will be charged for the unnecessary pick up from my side by courier,
you are to bear the cost of it.

Taking Taxi to MV: Bangsar or KL Sentral?

hai guise! i will be conducting an interview tomorrow morning and would like to know which route will bring me faster to MV.

my friends suggested taking KTM but i've heard enough of horror stories. since there are 3 of us, i think we can share a taxi, wouldn't be very expensive right?

AFAIK there are two routes:

Bangsar Putra LRT station > taxi to MV.
KL Sentral Putra LRT station > taxi to MV.

may i know which one is closer? approx cost? and most importantly, are there any taxis there at all? some places no taxi waiting de leh.

personally i have single eyelid / monolids. but i love them although it can be quite frustrating to live in a world full of 'double eyelid = beautiful' thrown at you everywhere, from magazine covers to billboard models. so do you succumb to the pressure and try all means to get that little fold on your eye? or do you work your own natural beauty and try your best to make full use of it?

i myself love to doll up my eyelids with funky colors and work out ways to make my monolids more outstanding. do you? or do you use double eyelid stickers just to get your eyes bigger by 0.1 inch and to get a fold by all means?

Difference between 'Polytechnic' and 'University'.

hi guys! currently doing research about furthering my studies in either Australia or NZ. however i've stumbled upon an institute that pretty much suits me but the title of the institute, a 'polytechnic', bothers me a little. according to my small range of info regarding institutes, aren't polytechnics inferior compared to a university?

i'm talking namely about UNITEC in NZ. is it as good as any of the other 'famous' universities in NZ such as University of Waikato, and so on?

Question for students abroad in NZ currently: i know that polytechnics revolve more on vocational studies, but you know, with stereotypes going on, and people thinking academic (doctors, engineers and so on are 'better' than mechanics, sales executives) compared to real hands-on skills are more important, i want an answer based on this context. faham? i also wish to know whether people view polytechnics as inferior if placed beside a university for comparison. or, does this stereotype not exist at all in other countries aside from our dear Bolehland?

Mass Communication, undecided~

i have decided to study Mass Communication but i am undecided between KDU and TARC. the only thing stopping me from going to KDU now is it's location. i live in Ampang and my mom doesn't really fancy the idea of me going so far off. and sometimes when my family needs me to work in the office i can rush back home to help.

so far the feedback i got for KDU is quite good, but as for TARC, i really dunno.

i called up the TARC counsellors once, and from what i deduced from the conversation, the way they do things are not very professional, but that's solely my opinion as we cannot judge a college from what the counsellors say or do.

so, i would like to know, is TARC famous for their Mass Comm program?! another thing that i've been pondering is whether i am able to cope with the course. frankly speaking i am not really good in academic studies so when i compare KDU and TARC, KDU is more practical oriented which i think suits me more but from what i heard TARC is more study oriented. is it worth going to TARC just because of it's location but from what i see the KDU program suits me more?!

another thing to note. according to TARC de people, studying foundation for Mass Comm is a waste of time. i dunno how true is that. can anyone verify?!

Brief introduction of the Sharp 902sh / 903sh

The 902sh / 903sh is brought in by various people and ways from Japan, Europe, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It must be unlocked in order to use in other countries.

However, it got discontinued in year 2006 and the only way to get it is to find second hand sets. It can't be bought from handphone shops like those in Lowyat so you might as well try your luck in Garage Sales or Lelong.com.
