Laptop cannot on

Would like to check
acer laptop unable to start..

initial problem is unable to charge and it can be used via plug in adapter, the notification light under Battery just keep flashing...

the last time i used was with adapter, that time i think the battery no longer working, and slowly battery exhausted and now it cannot on anymore...

question, can this get repair and any shop provide such service for laptop

Second interview via phone

I had been went through the first interview with the Division Head and HOD last few week.
However, recently HR people email me and arrange another phone interview with HR manager.
What should i prepare for the phone interview? Normally what kind of question they are going to ask via phone by HR manager?
