budject around 1.9k or less for cpu and monitor(exclude casing).

i just bought new mobo, proc, and ram today, after installing it, when i boot my pc. it keep restarting at booting screen. either i choosing the "boot window in normal mode" or "safe mode", the pc will auto restarting after few second and start over again. any sifu know what happend 2 my pc? thankz...

my current pc spec:
-pentium 2.5g dual core
-asus p5kpl-am mobo
-kingston kvr667d2n5/2g
-maxtor 40g hdd and samsung 160g hdd
-400w psu

i wish to get help here
my pc just go down yesterday night, when i wanna reinstall the win xp, the screen appear:
"the file ochi1394.sys is corrupted" press any key to continue
and the screen just hang there, when i press key the pc will restart and same thing happen again.

any sifu can help me?? ty verymuch

how to burn mpeg file to dvd

this is my 1st time burn dvd...
i burn the mpeg file using iso1 in nero setting, but the result is the dvd only got sound but no pic appear, anone can help me?ty

* i wanna burn the dvd in mpeg format, not dvd format.

can't detect drive, even can't format

b4 this is boot disk failure while wanna login to window, then i create a start up disk. after using the start up disk to log to the dos, i found that all my drive can't be detect. except the a: and c:. when i type the format c: comand, it also can't be execute, anyone know what happend to my com?

i'm just a new job at a cloth retails a week ago.
when i go for walk in interview for shop supervisor, and the company director and shop manager interview me.
after interview for half an hour. they confirm wanna take me @ rm850/month with incentive which 1% of monthly sales. post is shop supervisor,
task is:
1.manage the shop,
2.supervise the sales promoter
3. check stock
4. bank-in daily collection

working hours is from 10am to 9pm.
at 1st i tought got 2 hours of rest time, 9 hours work, 2 hours rest.
so i think ok, nvm.
then when 1st day i go to work, the manager tell me only got 1hour rest time, and i still at testing period,
the incentive will only start after 3month testing period. wtf?
when been interview i been told will confirm take me as permanant staff. y chage so fast.

since is 1st day and i already promise ppl to work, so nvm. 10hours work, 1 hour rest, and withoun incentive for 3 month.
so i start the work, when working i always help sales promoter to ironing the cloth, vacumn. this and that.
but the manager scold at me, this is not your job, your job is supervise them! wtf?
helping staff also wrong? ok, nvm.

when got customer enter the shop, i also help sales promoter serve the customer,
the manager scold at me again, this is not your job! your job is to supervise them!
wtf? doing sales and serve customer also wrong? ok, nvm
then at the third day of the work, the mager want me to stand at back of glass door and open the ddor for customer to come in.
wtf? i'm cannot help promoter in shop, cannot serve customer, but need to open door for customer? wtf?
who am i? a doorgirl with supervisor post? is this manager pshyco maniac?
i rather do shopkeeping and serve the customer than being a doorgirl.

what i'm at this post for? so i argue with the manager. and the manager reply me he want me to learn serve the customer,
let the customer have good 1st impression to the shop. wtf? i'm really a doorgirl? ok, nvm. he is manager, i had to listen.

the fifth day, because got customer, me and other staff need to do OT 45 minutes since got that customer. after the shop closed, the manager said today bit late cause got customer. so u ppls need to do OT!
ok, nvm. cause we think got OT paid.

at the sixth day we go to ask the manager, do our OT last night count as "legal"(got paid)? the manager say few day ago u ppls got back early, so yesterday OT will not get paid! be tollentrate.
wtf? few day ago is the manager give permission to go back early. not we wanna go back early. we cannot stay at shop with door closed right? ok, nvm. i tollentrate.
at the night at same day, the manager call all the staff in the shop, said from today onward, all staff working hours will extra 30minutes! and without OT paid! wtf? doing OT without been paid?
that's mean all the staff need to work 10hours 30 minutes daily!

what the fxxking shxt in the manager head?
if not mistaken working hours for a day is 8hours or max 10hours. or max 48hours/week. when we told the manager official working hour is only 8hours, and we already do extra 2hours for nothing, count as "charity" already.
the manager shout at us, the rules is for goverment sector only, we are private sector, not under labour department rules!
we want you do do how many hours and u must do it! every branch working hours also is from 10am to 9.30pm!we have 8 branch doing at this time and never have ppl complaint!

what the shxt is inside that manager head? the labour department rules is not for private sector?

the worst is the director also agree! wtf? and the manager said to me if the collection at cash register "shock", is my responbility with cashier, wth? what the fxxking rules is that? i'm not allowed to touch the cash register, but when the cash "shock" is my responbility?
what a insane rules.

so i decide resign since so many insane rules at here, but i only do the job for 1 week+, so if i resign now i scared i will not get paid by the manager, so is there any alternative way? or write a letter to labour department? pls help me.
