Now i had a problem, where to find screen protectors and soft or hard casing from malaysia.. All search guide me to ebay that from HK n Japan...

My AM2 motherboard kong already.. Searching all over lowyat plaza got 1 shop only sell.. Brany start from A.. Aszroc if im not mistaken.. She quo me rm210..

Thinking want to change my PC after i abonden him almost 3 years because of PS3.. Now want to rebuild back.. I want to use remaining part.. Thinking buying new processor, MOBO n graphic card.. Want a middle spec. Prefer AMD.. Can suggest me?

By the way, saw 1 picture got 1 person cuztomize his PC using acrylic table top.. look nice to me n jimat space.. any suggestion?

Renovation Is Starting (Finally)

Hi,
I just bought a Sub-sale house and need to refurbish my house.
It's a 11 years abandon house. The owner bought this house around 1990 and rent it till 1992.

I have a tight budget around 40k plus minus.

Just want to ask an estimation fees of repairing n a little bit of renovation if the repairing cost didn't exceed my budget.

Need to repair and polish back my marble tiles (Sorry dunno the correct words)
Need to repair the kitchen and toilet tiles (Hacking)
Rewiring all the old wiring
Need to changed all the old door and door frame
Need to changed all the window and window frame
Need to changed all the grill (Can reuse back arr if the grill slightly okay?)

I'm thinking to do some minor renovation if the repairing cost didn't exceed my budget.

1. Plaster Ceiling
2. Build up Car Porch Wall
3. Kitchen Extension
4. Autogate
5. Security Doors.

Is it in the budget or i need to add up more $$$?

Hope all sifu's can help me because this is my first time doing it and i know LYN members will give me the best advice.

And thanks to God that my wife and I can owned our landed house on the age of 27. Its hard to find a landed house below 300k nowdays around Puchong.

Ok, hi fellas...

Im 25 years old male and my wedding is november next year...

With my monthly salary plus a bit of pasive income from internet, i will manage to make my dream wedding come true..

The main question is,

I would like to know more about side income out here...
Do you guys have any idea or something to share with me?
Nowdays cost of living very high... I need to find some side income.. And please no MLM offer ya... Itried before, but i cant cope because my schedule always change..

I need something new n fresh for the future.

1 more thing, one of my friend said, just do some loan amaunt n reinvest it in asb etc...is it correct?

I need some advice n suggestion before involving big money...

Hi,
I just want to know the exact number of apple authorized dealer in Malaysia.
I've check in the official website. Just need to know if have any dealer out there.

I've been to Himpunan Sejuta Belia at Putrajaya last 3 days start from 27th until 29th Mei 2011.
Got 1 booth called iMac Centre & Services provide apple product booking with 22 month installment. Without any extra charge. and it just Rm100 per month. Iphone 4 16GB and Ipad 2 32GB cost only RM2 200 each.

And also they claim they have 200 units of Ipad 2 without waiting list. So, i made the payment. Rm100 for the booking and after i got the Ipad 2, my deposit will be counted as 1st payment. Info - the salesperson said ipad 2 will arrive next month @ June 2011.

After that, i went back and make some surfing on the net, but cant find this company name... Feel something gone wrong and they do advertise job vacancy at job street...Their office at Menara Standard Cartered.

Any comment guys? I dont mind the Rm100 thingy, just don't want to be cheated getting refurbish or fake ipad..

Help please.
