hello all,

I just got a trade name sole proprietorship and currently work from my apartment unit. (online services)

One of the pdfs which is titled

states the following:

I emailed SSM and got no reply from them about advice on where would one put such a signboard in an apartment or something similar.

Was wondering if anyone else has experience with putting up a signboard in your place of residence which is not landed.

Cannot connect to FTP ever since changing to Unifi

I used to be able to connect to an FTP server under my Digi broadband prepaid plan. Ever since changing to Unifi, I keep getting no response to the FTP through Filezilla. Is this a port forwarding issue?

edit: just needed to disable the timeout settings. odd.

Anyone got any more info on this project? Last I checked, this project wasn't in their "Senarai Projek".

The closest thing to a brochure that's on the site is this. Doesn't even show a floor plan. Or even a map location.
So I tried searching around in Google Maps to see where this property in Bandar Botanic it could be.

So far, can't find a place which matches the provided map layout.

However, when I opened it up in Earth mode, I spotted this neat little feature.

So I believe I've found it.

Street View from Jalan Kerongsang 11 dated Mar 2014 shows the land being prepped for construction.

Street View from Jalan Kebun Nenas dated Dec 2015 shows the property already pretty much constructed.

So for Rumah Selangorku, do they accept walk-in bookings or something? Or do you absolutely have to sit in the "Senarai Menunggu" until further notice?
