Bad experience buying notebook at online shop

Had purchase 1 labtop from online, initially I saw the spec is stated i7-3517u, but when received it is i5, thus I check the product detail change to i5-3517u... I call the online shop but they claim that it is stated i5 and never change. I am regret I didn't print screen the detail when I purchase.

Need some advice, when can I complain this so that other buyer will aware about this.

Btw...no such modal i5-3517u.......

該行說，政府當局推出的限制措施，可能包含5/95融資計劃和DIBS計劃；所謂的DIBS計劃，是發展商與多家銀行合作，豁免購買者在房屋承建期間的利息。
