WTA Phone lock code w995

I accidentally created a phone lock code last time and set it to automatic (I can't change SIM cards because of this) .Can't recall what the password was , had sentimental value but tried everything I could have. The line I put in during the phone lock mishap was a prepaid line which is dead and now I can't use my postpaid line in this phone cause of the problems. I've already tried master reset & re-install firmware . Still doesn't work. The default phone lock code is supposed to be 0000 as I checked on the SE website support section. I'm at a dead end. PLEASE HELP ME LYN FORUM-ERS !
