So i got the cd key within minutes, delivery was fast and smooth. I went to battle.net US and entered my CD Key for standard WoW and guess what happend? Cd-key has been already claimed.

I've submitted a ticket regarding this and provided several screenshots for them to further investigate about this matter, hope i could get a new key or at least a refund.
Although i salute them for having good customer service, fast delivery etc but giving customers used keys is not really acceptable.

Has anybody else experienced this before? If so, did you manage to get a new CD-key/refund?
