Income Tax audit by LHDN

Guys, need guidance over here.

I received a letter from LHDN and was told my income tax refund was being hold as they need to further audit on some of my e-hasil declaration.

Well to face the music, i got to admit that im actually over declared some of the tax relief particular (extra 5-20% more), with the intention to have more tax refund.

PCB rendered: RM4,XXX
Final tax refund amount after declare: RM3,150 (refund was being hold by LHDN)
So call the tax i paid for base on my declaration : RM1,XXX

Its very clear cut with all the valid receipt i had been keeping for the taxation year, definitely not tally with the amount i've declared. An appointment has been fixed with LHDN auditors, and before facing them, need to understand shall you guys have any similar experience as i do, any proper approach i should engage with them?

For sure & i clearly confirm that im valid for certain amount of tax refund with my current income vs expenditure, im trying to reduce the negative impact to the least and recover my refund under correct way of calculation (if LHDN allows me to re-declare).

Any 2 cents worth?

Im wondering am i posted in the right discussion board. By looking at the variety segments LYN netizen, consist of different level of background, i hope someone out there could provide a few 2 cents.

I've made my proposal to my gf just recently, and plan to have our wedding to be held in Y2015 end. Which of the major expenses that ready to occur, and is that true that majority of the wedding expenses are to be bear by the man?

[WTA] Should I claim on my car insurance?

I had my car accident on yesterday.

Now im at the junction where to choose, either to claim on my car insurance or throw out the money from my own pocket for the sake of not sacrificing my NCD. I put down some important figures, and maybe somebody out there could help me to pick up the best option.

Last insurance premium paid = Around RM1,200
Current NCD im enjoying = 38.33% (next renewal at 45% NCD)

My question is, at what bottom line my car repair fees is, i should go ahead to claim on my insurance, or i should repair the car on my own cost?
