Switching loan package within same bank

Hi all, I would like to get some advice whether the purchaser are allowed to switch to another loan package (e.g. different lock-in period or BLR rate, etc) within the same bank, after signing the 1st offer letter? Can it be done after the lawyer firm had done/prepare LI (not very sure about this "LI" term is correct term, basically is some search of the purchaser's credit history, property search, etc)?

If allowed, what is the procedure and normally need to take how long to process?

Thanks in advance and urgent help is needed.
