Buying Property - Dilemma

Dilemma in getting the first property, either:

i) New project - Condo
ii) Subsale - Condo
iii) New Landed property - but will be far from KL area
iv) Subsale/Secondhand landed property - maybe less than 8 years?

Any advise from the experience senior or expert?

Very hard to decide. Property price nowadays shoot up like a rocket.

Example:
New project list price 400k after built up become 550k? T.T (regardless of area)
but if sell at 550k then im not able to get back the same size of unit + good location with cheap price in future...

Any advise or analysis?
