Bluetooth speakers

These bluetooth speakers have only one input path (ie bluetooth), therefore I have to mostly use h/p to do that. I am looking for something lighter like USB stick to cast over to the speakers (as I don't want extra weight during my trail runs as the speakers are enough inconvenience for me). Any options out there I can use? TIA.

SATA IDE HDD recovery via USB

I have a very old machine with SATA HDD or was it SATA IDE, (physical dimension - 5.75inch x 4inch), what do you call this form factor (I'm not sure)? Trouble is my DELL Dimension 4700 series (mini tower, year2005, winXP) do not function anymore, however I have some data which I want to retrieve from the HDD. I have scoured much through the internet for any kind of tools to convert/retrieve my data via USB controller. Can anyone help, how I can recover my data? Thank you.

Note: The connector 39-pin

I bought a watch that is subjected to recall, however the seller said that I do not have to return the product and that I only need to show proof that I have destroyed the product in order to get my refund.

Trouble is I kesian want to destroy the watch and I can still use it.
IT: Recover files from XP machine

I have a very old XP machine (Dell Dimension 4700, year2005). Right now it can't boot up due to memory failure (DDR3 RAM I think). I have tried finding parts to replace the RAM but so far no success. I have some important files stored inside the HDD. Any quick way for me to recover the data from the HDD? TQ for all advice.
