Heroes Challenge Cup: PES/WE 2012 Tourney

Heroes Tavern Enterprise would like to welcome every one of you to our Heroes Challenge Cup. This tournament will consist of 2 Series:

1st Series = November 2011 – February 2012
26 November 2011: Club/National
3 December 2011: National
7 January 2012: Club: EPL
11 February 2012: Club

2nd Series = April 2012 – July 2012
7 April 2012: National
12 May 2012: Club/National
9 June 2012: National : Euro 2012
7 July: Club

(Organizers might change the teams based on feedbacks)

Each tournament will bring in scores for the participants and the Top 16 rankings from 1st Series and 2nd Series will compete in a FREE TOURNAMENT called SUPER SERIES and compete to be the 1st Heroes Tavern Football Heroes!

1st Series Top 16 Competition = 3 March 2012 (Club/National)

2nd Series Top 16 Competition = 8 July 2012 (Club/National)

1st Series Champion vs 2nd Series Champion GRAND FINAL = 8 July 2012 (Club/National)

The Champion Of Both Series will then compete for the Heroes Tavern Football Heroes Overall Champion Trophy!

Point System:
1st place – 18 points
2nd place – 14 points
3rd place - 10 points
4th place – 7 points
Quarter Finalist – 4 points
Last 16 – 2 point
Each Participating Clan Member - 1 point

Note: Points from the 1st Series will only be carry forward to 2nd Series for contestant outside of 1st Series Top 16, this to give a fair chance for everyone to qualify for the 2nd Series hence the points system offering a small figure

Game Settings & Format
1. Game Type: Exhibition
2. Team Category: Club/ National
3. Level: Top Player
4. Condition: Normal / Green
5. Duration: 10 min, 15min (Final)
6. Injuries: On
7. Substitute: 3
8. Camera: Wide
9. Qualifying until Last 16 = Knock Out method, if draw the winner will be decided by Penalty Kick
10. Quarter until Finals = Knock Out method, with extra time, if draw the winner will be decided by Penalty Kick

Rules & Regulations:
1. Participants are encourage to bring their own game controller at their own risk (if missing or broken). The organizer will provide controllers if needed with T&C (if the controller is missing or broken, the last user who used it will be held responsible and will be charged accordingly)
2. Change of formation, substitutions only applicable during OUT OF PLAY (corner,throw in, goal kick,corner kick, injury) and half time only. Changes of formation, strategy, tactics is allowed.
3. Arriving late (5 minutes) for a scheduled match may result in a forfeit at the discretion of the organizer
4. If any player committing any violations regarded as unfair play, the offending player, at the sole discretion of the organizer, may receive a warning, a forfeit loss or be disqualified from the tournament and ban to enter next tournaments
5. Unfair play includes intentational disconnection, distruption in form of verbal and non verbal to opponents, blocking views, pausing the game without consent, delay in play and other unsportmanship like behaviour according to WCG & ESCW rules.
6. Prize money might change according to participants
7.Organizer have the rights to change the tournament format, game format, prizes, time, venue, date, etc. without given any prior notice before, during or after the tournament over
8.In the event of any dispute during the tournament, the decision of the organizer will be final
