Kenari Airconditioner

Hello, I have a second hand Perodua Kenari. Last week the aircond decided to die.
Meaning there is air coming out when I turn it on but the air not cold and when turn on usually the engine RPM will go up a bit and can hear the compressor turning on, but that doesn't seem to happen now.

Anyone have any idea what would be the problem (I think the compressor died) and any good aircond shop to recommend in PJ area

1 more thing, I read somewhere in this forum about installing a push fan can help with the kenari aircond when it is stopped, any recommendations on that as well?

Thank You

M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 random freezeup / not booting

System Specifications:
Processor: AMD Phenom 2 x6 1090T
RAM: 8GB (4GB * 2) KVR1333D3N9/4G
PSU: Strider ST50F
GFX Card: None (Using IGP atm)

Ok, I built this computer with this configuration around 1 week ago and has been running fine with no problems until yesterday.

Now when I press the power button on my computer, sometimes it takes a very long time before getting to the post screen.
Other times it refuses to boot at all with only the power led and the hdd led being on. The CPU fans are spinning though.
Sometimes it will boot all the way into windows but after a while it just reboots on it's own.

Things I have tried:
Booting with only 1 ram card.
Disconnected all drives and attempt to get it to post.

I tested the power supply using my multimeter and found that the voltages are within the ATX specification.

I do not know what is wrong now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
