as one of the victims like u all out there who suffer bcos stupid tmnet limit the usage of bt (p2p sharing), i filed plenty of complain. but it seemd like tmnet just ignore me and dun wan to responsible on their own mistake.

but this situation got a gret improvement after i went to TM office last week on 10/01/2007. i screw the officer there and ask her to made a call to tmnet office at KL. i told her that my case been pending for 4 months (indeed it was) and i wan to all problem to be solve by today (10/01/2007).

after a few phone call she manage to get a tmnet officer, sorry i cannot enclose the name here cos it might causing this thread close by the mod. so i negotiate with him to get my problem solve. all he can tell me is just some bullShiet explanation which i've heard thousand time from those idiot 1st lvl tmnet staff.

during the bullshiet talk, he comes up with something which i'm very interested of, "BT". he tell me that i cannot connect to the international ip in my p2p (BT) sharing was because the earthquake at taiwan broken down the ACPN 2 underwater cable (correct me if i m wrong in this), which effected our network and causing the network congestion. "BUT HE ASSURE ME THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WORKING TIME" as the ACPN 2 r under repair.

so this bring my conversation to an end, which i told him (tmnet officer) if i cannot connect to those international ip in my p2p (BT) sharing after 2 weeks of working time (10/01/2007-24/01/2007) i will bring my bill for this month (january) to the TM office and TMnet to pay the bill for me, at the same time i wan to see an immediate wave off for 4 months (Aug - Dis) from the first day tmnet throttle the bt usage untill the current billing date. besides that i will only pay 50% of my bill every months untill tmnet unthrottle my bt.

when i ask him is that ok and agree? he gave me a very satisfying answer: "OK". than i ask the TM officer to call him back to verify my case, after the verification the TM officer told me that this case is verified and ask me to wait for 2 weeks.

so this come to an end of my problem, if they cannot fix my problem and unthrottle my BT after 2 weeks, i will get everything as i have been mentioned in this post.

i post this just to share my story, u can leave any comment u wan. i accept all comment.

Edit : after 2 weeks of waiting TMNET still nvr fix the problem and they ADMIT that they limit the p2p usage PARMENANTLY. they WILL NOT pay any RESPOSIBLE on this issue because its the customer fault to use the p2p.

that Mr. Said (officer of TMNut) admit that he simply just cheat on me to make me hang up the phone. he tell me there is no solution for it means TMnut will nvr realease throttle on our p2p (BT). not even a single cent will be waive off from this.

i even have my conversation written down in black and white by the TM officer, but wat!!! it doesn't make a fukin use of it, TMnut just simply ignore us...hopeless and depressed.

wtf!!! while i sign up streamyx does any of u TMnut staff tell me that i cannot use P2p??!!!! FUK u TMNET!!! i wish u all die hit by truck!!!

all i can say is TMnet just leave us a way: take it or leave it!!!

this is absulutely sux...i think soon malaysia will b the second Indonesia, sinking because of monopoly and corruption.....yeah!!! MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!!

to all of u who hav been suffer for the p2p throttle and international gateway capping by tmnet Screamyx, i hav something new and fun for all of u it might not b usefull but why not giv it a try.....

to all of u the "anti streamyx" nation here, i hav an idea to raise our anger and unsatisfied to streamyx and need some of u guys opinion. lets design a logo to protest TMNuts and print it on a t-shirt , let me know if any of u interested. i will post up my the logo soon after i finish the design....
