Costs for the top-up on an existing home loan?

Hi all,

Since house prices greatly appreciated recently, I am planning to pay out the loan roughly 100k for one house with interest of BLR - 1% using the top up from another house with interest of BLR - 2.2%. On paper, it looks good; however, I need to know what are the costs for applying top-up on an existing home loan. I hope some of you who has prior experience on this could give me some suggestions.

Thanks in advance...

Installing frosted glass light in plaster ceiling

I bought a few aluminium frame with frosted glass lights from Top Ten for my house and just found out that these lights are too heavy to hang in the plaster ceiling. I am looking for someone who knows how to handle this problem very well and please let me know if you know someone like that.
