Would like to know what is the dimension of the cooler box which hospital use to put blood bags.

1st - cooler box which can fit 1-2pints of blood
2nd - cooler BAGS which can fit maximum 15 pints of blood.

Alright, here's the problem I have.

I park my car for a while at KLIA the other day and when I return there's a piece of paper on my windscreen

It's from KERAJAN MALAYSIA AKTA pENGANGKUTAN JALAN 1987 (ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987) <- this is a real saman right?
First time getting it =/

So in the paper itself they say I can pay the payment at any traffic police counter.

My question is
1. How much will it cost me? Im under MELETAKKAN KENDERAAN MENYALAHI ISYARAT LALU LINTAS offense.
2. I'm not the car owner, so will there be any problem when I do the payment.
