Cant Have sex with GF

Hi guys I have a condition call phimosis but mine is only when erect. As of recently me and my gf have been trying to have sex but unable to do it since she says she is too tight and another reason is i feel pain whenever intercourse takes place. We can go up and down a few times before i lose erection due to the immense pain. We tried to had sex 3 times but out of the 3 times only 1 time i manage to fully penetrate her but tearing appeared on my penis. I'm considering to do the following:
1) Z-plasty
2) Lube
3) Circumcision if really needed.

This is my first time having sex but not her first time. Hence my predicament. Is there any other way i can do to make it better? Any advice will be good. I have been asking around my friends but no answer from them.

Internet not working

Good day all, I have a very peculiar problem. My laptop has internet connectivity issues. Below is the issues:
1) can only go to YouTube.com or any other google related sites
2) outlook or other sites are not accessible at all
3) besides internet browsers, autocad or any other softwares need to use the internet can’t connect
4) connection issues only occurs when using WiFi

Troubleshooting done:
1) reset network adapter seems okay for 1 hour then the problem returns
2) reset entire network settings worked at first now no more.
3) used internet options and reset everything but till now no resolve
4) cleared temporary internet cache and folder but still the same
5) scan for virus/malware nothing is found
6) swapped between WiFis and hotspot not working
7) no lan cable around the visinity
8) Turn off and turn on the WiFi still the same
9) reseting the router and phone has the same outcome
10) tried using other hotspots and WiFi’s still the same outcome
11) tried using task manager and figuring out the root cause still has the same outcome
Spec of the laptop
1) intel core i5 7th gen
2) windows 10 professional
3) eset32 anti virus is used

Car Tint Advise and Car Coating

Hello there just wan to enquire at the moment which are very good window tint brand for SUV's.
My previous car i have used is 3M where by the tint is quite bad after 2-3 years of use bubble start
to appear. Have replaced them a couple of times occurred mainly at the back and front windscreen.
Beside that, if the car is parked at hot location the heat is trapped inside the car. Not like other brands. when i say other brands I tried sitting on some of my frens cars the heat is lesser in them. How i know this by i hav to blast my ac for a 15-20 mintues for the interior to cool down.Hence the reason to look for other brands.
Car coat was also done for my older car. It uses 3M Glass Coating its very good. My car still shiny after 6 years of use and very rarely to be washed and parked under the hot sun most of the time.

I'm currently reading the Car Tint Advise V2 but have a lot of info to be filtered. Hence the post here.

Need some advice on Body Building

Hi guys would like to seek some advice regarding bodybuilding.

1) I would like to know if it is possible to maintain wieght for almost 6 months without working out. Here is the description:

a) i have been working out since 2008 but for most part of 2012 i have not done much working out di. I do workout every 8 weeks once. This is due to studies. Ok i know it is not an acceptable answer.Btw my workout mainly
ranges for legs and back since i have notice that both my legs and back are lagging.
My workout:
i) Legs - Squats 20 reps on 165lbs onwards increasing
- deadlifts 3x8 reps on 150lbs onwards
- Calves raises 3x9(Superset with back exercises)
- Lunges 3x10
- Leg Curls 3x10
- Hamstring Curls 3x10
- Seated Calf raises 3x10(Superset with back exercises)

ii) Back - Dips 1x10 (immediatley after squats towards the end of my workout)
- Dumbell rows 3x8(used 25 lbs per side)
- Barbell rows 3x8 (Used 70 lbs per side)
- Chin Up, Pull Up 25 times all grips
-Lat PUlldown 3x8(70Lbs)
-Shoulder Shrugs 3x8(70Lbs)
iii) Over the weekend i do running mainly around 8 km

My diet is:
Weekdays ; Morning rice with curry, chicken and veggie
Evening Oats and milk

Weekends: Cakes, Eat Rice and pig out through out the weekend.

here is the problem now i have been in the same weight range which is about 67-68 kg. I do maintain my diet but my workout is no longer being done. Hence is this possible? Btw my body fat is 32%.

b) Now since have started industrial. I have time to workout my main idea is reduce my belly fat which has gotten bigger. any idea to reduce my body fat. Now i do run 8 km per day and meal is maintain the same as before is
it possible to reduce them. Planning to incorporate swimming to my regime some time soon. Any idea for any new workout into my routine?
Oh yeah u might have read my post before in health & fitness forum. it is the same but i dun believe o high metoblism.

c) I'm kinda lost in between how to get the body i wan. My ideal body is having very hard muscles with a proper definition on them. Is there any workout or websites i can follow up on their articles u guys can let me of. I know of bodybuiilding.com but their articles are getting contradicting with each other so it gets me confuse as i read more.

Problem With PC(SOLVED)

Hi guys i have been having some issues with my pc for the past 1 week.
1) I will list down the hardware i'm using:

-Asus RAmpage III Gene
- 18GB of DDR 3 Ram
- Sapphire HD 4870 1GB Vapor-X
- 3x1Tb hdd
- 3x2Tb hdd
- 1x0.64Tb Hdd
- 1x ODD
- PSu used is corsair HX 850W Gold Certified (PREVIOUS PSU WAS Corsair TX 750W)
- PCIE LAn GB
- PROC used is i7 920
- Heat sink used is Coolermaster V6GT

2) The list of problems:

- First the previous psu died a month ago. Hence just recently got my psu.
- The problem started after installing WIndows 8
- The PC keep on rebooting itself with even getting to windows. The BSOD shown for each time is different.
- The first error stated STOP: 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- The second error stated STOP: 0x0000007B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
- The thrid error was the HDD does not have enough sufficient hard disk space when i tried to reinstall windows 7 after reformatting the drive in a different pc.
- The fourth error was STOP: 0x000000D1 :DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
- This error was keep on repeating themselves for each restart but different problem each time.

3) Since i have another pc i tried to lookout for the answer. I found out that i might have a trojan virus in my pc back in 1 of my hdd. Hence i did a full virus scan for all my hdd in my pc using a different pc. And walla when the av found the trojan that pc also when into BSOD mode. Since i knew the root of the problem. I took out the drive and off the pc for a few days. Then the particular pc was backed up norrmal and fine.

4) Ok then i had hunched why dun i tried running the pc with just the bare minimum stuff which was 2gb of ram and 1 hdd running. The pc was able to install windows on the hdd after some trial eror mainly with the third BSOD error which keep on saying insufficent hard disk space. Then once i had installed windows 7 64 bit. The pc was was working fine until i installed the mobo drivers where the problem started where the pc started to frooze and bSOD started to appear again. Since this time it was the driver problem the problem showed pci.sys was the problem. I quickly removed the disk from the optical drive and restarted the pc. The pc start to give random BSOD error again. Hence i tot maybe the hdd has bad sectors on it. Hence run a disk check on the other pc but the disk check showed no errors or bad sector. So i re installed windows again and this time did not install the drivers since i think the driver might be the issue here. So slowly install back 1 memory stick at time all working fine until i install the fourth stick whereby it started to show memory management problem. Fine lets run each stick at 1 time each. Then each stick had no problem. This time i installed all the rams into their slots and had only 1 issue the dram light was on indicating there was an error with the dram.

5) I took out everything again cleaned up all the dust or any foreign particles which might have been trapped in the ram slot or any other slots and thoroughly cleaned up my pc. So i removed my heat sink for my proc and cleaned it up while for the gpu i cleaned using a thin brush. then i restarted the pc. The bios showed that a new proc is detected press F2 to go to bios and change the settings. Fine i did that and then the dram problem came again but this it was off and on issue. I tot maybe the bios maybe corrupted since there were once i on the pc at the bios its showed that overclocking failed please enter F1 to enter bios or F2 to change to default setting. I had never overclock my pc before so i did not how that problem came on. SO i enter bios change the settings then my pc booted nicely into windows 7. Since i'm back on business. I started installing 1 hardware a time. But b4 i got to third hdd installation the dram problem started again. Ok now i'm back to square 1 the hdd i installed does not have virus in it. Since i kept it far away the last 1 to be installed. Ok so i removed all the rams and reinstall them one by 1 and again the dram voltage is acting up. fine i gave only 8gb rams to run on my pc and started the pc it was running fine until sometime then it freezes. So i restart the pc the dram problem appears again. The off it again the same problem repeats itself again.

6) How do go around from here. I have done a cmos reset 4 times since i tot maybe the bios is getting corrupt

7) The previous psu died when i was using the pc.

No exercising now yet no gaining weight

hope u guys can help me I'm kinda worried with body weight currently

The problem is about 3 months ago i have stopped working out but my diet remain the same.
But do bare me for my health mistakes since I'm in university hence had to prepare food which is fast.
I have my normal diet of eating twice daily which is one during 11 am - cpm whereby its mainly loads of rice and vegetables with fried chicken or kebab chicken.
but for my dinner is usually oats except when classes run late into the night whereby the food is usually goreng2 food. In between i dun have anything else.
Except on the weekends whereby i pig out at my hometown.(Love my mom's cooking). But too bad nowadays i dun even get to go back on the back due to the workload of being in university.

Prior to this sem i usually weight around 65 -68.5 kg no more or less. Its been that way for some years.
My workout is usually done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. whereas on Saturday and sunday i usually run for about 8 km.
This workout are mainly oriented on my back and legs. The workouts are:
1)For legs
Squats 20 reps as minimum as 3 reps per set with a total weightage of 60 kg
Leg curls 24 reps minimum as 5 reps per set with a total weight of 30lbs
Hammer curls 24 reps minimum as 7 reps per set with a total weight of 30lbs
Deadlifts 30 reps as minimum as 8-12 reps per set with a total weight of 60 kg
usually deadlifts are done first and squats are done towards the end of the sessions.

2)for my back:
Dips 10x1 right after doing squats.
Barbell rows 8x3sets(24 reps) at 50lbs per side
Chin Ups; Pull up; (Wide grip, Normal grip, Narrow Grip) 25 times no matter how long it takes.
Seated Cable Row 24 times usually about 70lbs of wieghts is used

3) At the end of the entire session is usually either 30 minutes of running or stair climber for 30 minutes

4) some of the time the workouts are superset to reduce the amount of time taken.

Hence here is my question are my musles turning into fats now since i dun workout anymore. as I'm worried bout the consequences of the problem.

And btw i would like to know if i doing any mistakes on my workout routine if i do, do let me know k.

Problem with theNew Catalyst Driver
