Need Recommendation : New PC for RM3.5k

Need your recommendations for the following :-

Total budget : RM3.5k (can be stretched further but lets keep at this for the moment)

Preference

1. Need a good cooling and casing. My place is rather hot.

2. Need something fast. Been using AMD 1.3 for ages and really need something fast for a change.

3. Minimal gaming. Able to run latest games at mid specs.

4. Able to run full hd movies on Dell S2409w.

5. Big storage.

6. Prefer to get it from a single shop for ease of warranty and installation

Would appreciate some recommendations which would include every single thing, coz i'm really a noob in this for eg fans, cooler, casing and etc. Will be using alot of USB connections, suspect that my current psu not enough power coz sometimes cannot run 2 external hdd at the same time.
