Pellets in babys poop

Good evening everyone

Daughter is 1.5month old. Wife is breast feeding her and we try to blend in formula as well initially. Baby poop is in normal color as most of the elder people say its "golden yellow color". Stop formula due to baby having constipation, maybe because formula is too heaty and she doesn't take a sip of water.

So we found a solution as replacing formula with goats milk. Purchased this milk and its safe for baby, milks are pasteurized. But 2 days later after consuming goats milk as in 3-6oz a day for replacement, something extraordinary happened. We found the first pellet in her poop, it basically looked like a bean and it is harden too. We can't just press to compress it gently, as we need to cut it with our nails to split it. Another 2 days later, we found a lot more smaller pellets in her poop, these beans are whitey/yellowish colored. Then we quickly send to pediatrics. Doctor send for lab test, came back today which they couldn't examine what it is due to no cell found inside these objects. Pediatrician can't even explain what is these.

Can anyone here help me to solve this puzzle. Anyone who has idea or came across these situation before with your baby's poop. To be frank, this is really frightening. We all have no idea how these pellets formed inside our baby and even pediatrics have no clues. And we are not accusing goats milk bringing up this problem. We can just continue monitor further and hopefully there isn't discomfort and re-occurrence. Finger crossing.
