Process of importing a dog HElP!

Hi folks,

Wana Check if anyone here has ever used Dogtainers Australia for importing their Pets.
I have a puppy that is due to arrive and i want to know what are the procedures i have to go through at KLIA airport.
I already have my import permit already , and dogtainers said that i have to get documents from some where when the puppy arrive before i get him.

Is there any one that can help me with this?

I will like to highlight the total inept management of California Fitness and for members of the gym to be check their credit card statement for what the gym have been charging.
I have been a member of the gym since June 2005 and have experienced various incidents that have made me very unhappy.However this incident have stretched my tolerance to the limit.
California fitness have this policy that Members have to pay their monthly dues through Credit card auto-debit. If members do not want to pay through the above mentioned system, they have to pay an additional MYR20 on top of their monthly dues.
Since May this year, i have been charged with another gym member's subscription every month. After noticing that on my credit card statement, i contacted the customer service of the gym of the error and they promised to solve the issue for me immediately.However the next month, i noticed the double charge again. This time round, i went to their manager,Miss Fiona Jane who promised to refund me by exempting me the equivalent of my monthly subscription. This was after she took more than a week to investigate, insisting that her accounting department staff was sick despite promising me an answer within a few days. Last month, i received the double charge again.I went over to the manager and gave her a telling off. I insisted that i wanted to pay through the counter monthly due to the inability of California fitness to rectify the above mentioned error. However, the manager refused to allow it without me paying an additional RM20 per month.I insisted this time that she refund me all the 5 months worth of double charges. This incident again took her several days to investigate where both of her accounting staff was AGAIN sick. The coincidence is simply astonishing. She gave me a letter to assure me that the error is rectified and it wont happen again. I was extremely unhappy because she tried to shirk off responsibility initally,blaming it on the accounting staff instead of rectifying the error.
Well, i have just received my statement for this month of october and i see the double charge again. I rest my case
