I was staring at the salary of every single one of my developer teammates. A small gasp was forming at the back of my throat.

When I saw that my salary was next to last on the list – nearly the lowest – that gasp came out as a profanity. And just like Ralphie in A Christmas Story, “fudge” is not what came out of my mouth.

My mood brightened as I thought about this as possible manna from heaven. Or, was this a potential trap that could lead to serious problems?

But first: How did I come to have my hands on this golden spreadsheet? No, I didn’t steal it. It was an accident.

how to release tension?

any good suggestion how to release tension as a developer? you know, customer nagging non stop why the problem is not fixed, your vendor email you for the problem he found for the module your ex colleague was working on, then your boss come and tell u the problem exist again and tell you please make sure it wont happen again,lengthly and complicated documentation,colleague asked u why he cannot compile the code he checked out from svn...all the thing at one time...going to collapse soon T_T

currently I am using dell keyboard in my company,not very good though

I am thinking to take the Sun Java Certified Programmer(SCJP) course.Has anyone take this course before?How much is the cost including taking the exam?Where can i take this exam?Is it a exam schedule for this course?
