No data received error on Google Chrome

HI, I am facing an issue with my browser. Whenever I tried to load pages, it will shows no data received error. And I have attached a photo here. What I did recently is that I installed Java 8 update 25 and uninstalled it yesterday. Then today I am facing the problem. Anyone can guide me with it?

btw I am using Windows 8.1 64 bits.

I am owning a proton saga year 1997, 1.3, manual, mileage around 80000.(i know the mileage is super super low. )
Wondering if average 11.8km/l for my car is consider as good FC or bad FC?

I just replaced my former graphic card ( Nvidia Fx5200) with Sapphire HD 3650 512mb GDDR3 AGP.
I had uninstalled the old driver and installed the new driver. however it can't be detected.

PSU: E-Max atx p-500W
Processor: P4 3.06Ghz
Mainboard: MSI Ms-7211
Ram: 2GB
GPU: Nvidia Fx5200(previous), Sapphire HD 3650 (new)

The fan on the gc is working but idk why even i installed the driver but still cant sees it.

My current spec:
processor: intel pentium 4 3.06ghz
ram: 1GB (1 of the 2 slot used)
graphic card: Nvidia geforce fx 5200
motherboard: MSI MS-7211
graphic interface: AGP version 3.0

I am thinking if i can upgrade my graphic card to better one but it shall fit into my current motherboard(for gaming purpose). RAM might upgrade too if necessary. What i want to ask is that what's the graphic card that i can replace my old graphic to give a better performance?

budget: as low as possible. (RM150 or lesser? )

Hi guys. There is something i need help/advise from you all.

erm. My dad passed away 9 months ago and the car is under his name.
He didn't left his will in either written will/oral will.

My family decided to pass the car to me and there is some procedures to work on right?
yeah, the problems are i don't know anything regrading the terms and condition/procedure to transfer the name
from my dad to me. I am currently 19.

As far as I know i have to deal with AmanahRaya, but what and how, i have no idea at all.
So i was hoping anyone of you out there know how to deal with it can teach me, i will be so appreciate your help.

p/s: the car's roadtax expires on Jan 2014, kinda rushing for it as I am taking STPM term 3 in november. Oh man that's torturing. ><

Computer Acting Weird

Erm. Hi. i am currently using the window xp with pentium 4 processor.
recently(around 2weeks ago), i found out my computer acting weird.
everything becoming lag, especially i played a movie.
i gave a visualization.
imagine your movie is car racing. u can hear the ''vroooooom'' sound smoothly right?
but in my case now, the sound become something like ''vroo---o------ommm'' (its like a short stuck within it.)
this situation started after i play a dvd. (ohya, its something like u played a readable dvd movie, but not smooth)
its like slowing my whole computer down and now, i cant play a song properly at the same time browsing the internet.
i tried cleaned dust and reassemble the parts.

anyone have any idea about this?

Hi all..
today as i switch on my pc as normal, i found out that my antivirus, avira become abnormal as shown below

then i tried to start a full scan for my computer but it doesnt start the scan at all...

then i open up task manager and found out there are few unknown processes is going on and i cant end it.

then i knew that my computer had attacked by virus but i hv no idea about the type of the virus..

besides that, as i search something on google, for example 'antivirus', result shows ok but, as i click 1 of the links, it become another website for example become 'maxis homepage'

i hope to get know about the virus details or ways to solve it without formatting my pity comp >.< [attachmentid=2519480]

I have a Samsung 932B monitor. Stays black even on a self-test. The blue power indicator repeats a long flash and then a short flash. Can anyone tell me what this means? i had tried different way to solve it but does not work... anyone can help me? thx

Place-Pandan Jaya
Budget- lower then RM100 per month
Currently Using - U mobile broadband (RM78 per month)
Speed- Last time 2.4mbps ; now 0.13mbps

I not really like u mobile because of its slow connection...
dont know what happen to it and the speed drops...

Hi.. I got a pentium 4 based motherboard.. Today after i clean the dust from my cpu..
i found it when i start my pc, there were no ''beep'' sound as usual.. .the monitor was blank..
i had try removed RAM and Graphic card and put it in again...
Just wondering what happen to it and hope get a solution from u all... thx
